Felician Sisters of North America – Livonia Support Fund
Our Felician Sisters in Livonia, Michigan faced the devastating impact of COVID-19. During the spring of 2020, thirteen of our sisters passed away; nine due to the coronavirus.
When word spread, the sisters were met with an outpouring of love and support. One article in Bridge Michigan gave a wonderful account of the sisters’ legacy in the area.
Angela Moloney, President & CEO of the Catholic Foundation of Michigan, reached out for blessing and assistance in creating a fund for our sisters in Livonia. We embraced their generous offer, recognizing its potential to provide more than just financial support – it allows us to share our sisters’ mission and ministries with a diverse audience, inspiring others to answer the call to serve in the spirit of Blessed Mary Angela.
