4th Annual Wine Tasting and Small Bites Pairing

Join us Thursday, September 12th, 2024 at the Gathering Place at Darlington Lake for our Fourth Annual Wine Tasting to Benefit McGuire Memorial! This beautiful property with its lake and gazebo is the perfect setting for another fabulous event. Only a limited number of tickets and VIP admissions will be available- they’ve sold out a month in advance for the last two years. A wonderful time is always had by all, so you don’t want to miss out!

Enzo Tedeschi will once again lead our evening. Experience exquisite wines, discover their origins, and savor delightful small bite pairings while supporting McGuire Memorial’s children and adults. Each guest will receive a special gift, and enjoy opportunities to win door prizes, participate in a basket raffle, a 50/50 draw, wine auction, and more! VIP and General Admission tickets are both available.

VIPs will enjoy early admission starting at 5:30pm with exclusive access to the cabana bar. You will receive your sample of bubbly while you enjoy your charcuterie table during social hour until the tasting begins.

General Admission entry begins at 6:15pm. Guests can enjoy self-serve mimosas and charcuterie inside until 7pm. The tasting will commence at 7pm, featuring light bites paired with each wine.

Founded in Poland in 1855, the Felician Sisters are a congregation of women religious inspired by the spiritual ideals of their foundress, Blessed Mary Angela Truszkowska, and Saints Francis of Assisi, Clare of Assisi and Felix of Cantalice. Arriving in North America in 1874 following Blessed Mary Angela’s directive “to serve where needed,” they helped to weave the social service system. Today, the Felician Sisters founded, sponsor or support through the presence of our sisters, more than 40 ministries – all continuing to evolve to meet the needs of the people they serve.
