DESCRIPTION:Hosted by McGuire Memorial \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin McGuire Memorial on Thursday\, September 12th\, 2024 at the Gathering Place at Darlington Lake for its Fourth Annual Wine Tasting! This beautiful property with its lake and gazebo is the perfect setting for another fabulous event. Only a limited number of tickets and VIP admissions will be available- they’ve sold out a month in advance for the last two years. A wonderful time is always had by all\, so you don’t want to miss out! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEnzo Tedeschi will once again lead our evening. Experience exquisite wines\, discover their origins\, and savor delightful small bite pairings while supporting McGuire Memorial’s children and adults. Each guest will receive a special gift\, and enjoy opportunities to win door prizes\, participate in a basket raffle\, a 50/50 draw\, wine auction\, and more! VIP and General Admission tickets are both available. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVIPs will enjoy early admission starting at 5:30pm with exclusive access to the cabana bar. Receive a sample of bubbly while you enjoy a charcuterie table during social hour until the tasting begins. \n\n\n\nGeneral Admission entry begins at 6:15pm. Guests can enjoy self-serve mimosas and charcuterie inside until 7:00pm. The Walk of Remembrance will take place rain or shine on our picturesque grounds. Come between 9 and noon and walk the 2.2-mile route at your leisure. A rock painting activity adds special meaning to the morning as well. Join Angela Hospice for this meaningful day supporting caring programs for hospice patients and their families. \n\n\n\nWalk of Remembrance Teams\n\n\n\nWhy Form A Team?\n\n\n\nTeams are an important part of our Walk of Remembrance. Forming a team is a great way to honor your loved one and do something positive to help others. Many team captains find it to be a meaningful and deeply rewarding experience — one that can bring you together with family and friends\, all in memory of your loved one. \n\n\n\n\nTo honor a special loved one\n\n\n\nTo support in a tangible way the work of Angela Hospice\n\n\n\nTo unify a group of people and make a difference in the community\n\n\n\n\nHow Do I Form A Team?\n\n\n\n\n It’s simple! Just complete a Team Sign Up Form.  \n\n\n\nThere is no set number of team members.\n\n\n\nWe’ve had teams of 2 people up to 30!\n\n\n\n\nThen What?\n\n\n\n\nFirst\, talk to your friends and loved ones – they may want to be part of your team or support you with a donation!\n\n\n\nThen start fundraising!
