DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Angela Hospice Care Center\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin Angela Hospice on Saturday\, September 19\, 2026 for this family-friendly event\, celebrating those we’ve loved and lost. The Walk of Remembrance will take place rain or shine on our picturesque grounds. Come between 10am and 12:30pm and walk the 2.2-mile route at your leisure. A rock painting activity adds special meaning to the morning as well. Join Angela Hospice for this meaningful day supporting caring programs for hospice patients and their families. \n\n\n\n\nLearn More\n\n\n\n\nWalk of Remembrance Teams\n\n\n\nWhy Form A Team?\n\n\n\nTeams are an important part of our Walk of Remembrance. Forming a team is a great way to honor your loved one and do something positive to help others. Many team captains find it to be a meaningful and deeply rewarding experience — one that can bring you together with family and friends\, all in memory of your loved one. \n\n\n\n\nTo honor a special loved one\n\n\n\nTo support in a tangible way the work of Angela Hospice\n\n\n\nTo unify a group of people and make a difference in the community\n\n\n\n\nHow Do I Form A Team?\n\n\n\n\n It’s simple! Just check the checkbox when you register. \n\n\n\nThere is no set number of team members.\n\n\n\nWe’ve had teams of 2 people up to 30!\n\n\n\n\nThen What?\n\n\n\n\nTalk to your friends and loved ones – they may want to be part of your team or support you with a donation!\n\n\n\nStart fundraising!
