Grades 9-12
Seeds of Hope Young Women’s Leadership Experience brings together high school students, peer leaders and adult mentors to give young women an opportunity to explore and enhance their talents, goals and capacity for leadership.
- Earn 40 documented hours of leadership training and 10 service hours for your high school or college resume.
- Network with peers and professional women from across the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
- Learn about servant leadership and work on a service project.
- Step away from life’s distractions and explore your personal spirituality.
- Experience different forms of prayer and meditation.
- Benefit from the mentorship of professional women leaders.

Immerse yourself in a week-long journey of self-discovery as you uncover your unique talents, strengths, and opportunities for growth. Develop practical leadership skills, gain confidence in your abilities, and learn how to apply these insights to your future endeavors. Through mentorship, service, reflection and community, you’ll be inspired to lead with purpose and make a positive impact in the world.
Conference Fee: $300 includes meals and accommodations.
Travel Expenses: varied based on your location.
Financial Assistance is available to those in need so that no young woman will be hindered from attending.
