Holy Health Series (Session 1)

November 14 @ 10:00 am 2:00 pm EST

$45 (includes lunch)

Presented by Sister Noel Gabriel

This series will explore how our senses, heart, lungs, movement, and food intake influence our relationship with God, deepening our spiritual connection to our bodies. Through teaching, discussion, and practice, you will learn techniques to become more aware of how the body and spirit unite, recognizing the ways God communicates through our physical selves. While primarily indoors, the series will also include meditation and other centering practices to foster reflection.

Sister Noel Marie Gabriel, a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience, has served both laypeople and Felician Sisters in various health settings. Known for her down-to-earth presentations, she connects health aspects to support spiritual journeys, enriching her audience with an interactive and realistic approach.

Serving where needed since 1874

Founded in Poland in 1855, the Felician Sisters are a congregation of women religious inspired by the spiritual ideals of their foundress, Blessed Mary Angela Truszkowska, and Saints Francis of Assisi, Clare of Assisi and Felix of Cantalice. Arriving in North America in 1874 following Blessed Mary Angela’s directive “to serve where needed,” they helped to weave the social service system. Today, the Felician Sisters founded, sponsor or support through the presence of our sisters, more than 40 ministries – all continuing to evolve to meet the needs of the people they serve.
